PT Bookkeeper/Accountant: Individual needed for 15 hours per week at our office location in downtown Bethesda. Ten years experience with QuickBooks and job costing required. Will be posting accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card charges, receipts, payments, bank reconciliations, and financial statements. Must be organized and available during the week.

Contract Administrator/Manager: FT contracts manager needed. GSA Schedule contract management required, with a minimum of two years history in maintaining GSA Schedule contracts (including modifications, 72a reporting, knowledge of the price reduction clause, etc). The individual hired for this position will hold responsibility for managing many clients' GSA Schedules, assigning work as necessary, and acting as a go-to person for all questions relating to clients' contract management. Knowledge of government regulations, the FAR, certifications, and representations associated with the GSA Schedules is preferred.

Position requires a highly organized individual with proven attention to detail who can interface with clients and juggle many projects at once. Individual hired will have strong written, verbal, and computer skills and have an impeccable phone manner. Candidates savvy with Excel and SIP will receive preference.

Government Contracting Intern: PT internship available for student or recent graduate.
