Administrative Guru/Executive Assistant/Office Manager

The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will play an essential role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the President and the company.

Responsibilities:

Assertively manage tasks and schedule for President; manage and report accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as cost-based accounting; delegate tasks to telecommuters and ODesk-type consultants; coordinate local and out-of-town seminars and other events (including payment processing).

Skills:

  • Highly organized self-starter with superior time and calendar management skills;
  • Strong understanding of Quickbooks Premier Job Costing, including purchase orders and sales orders;
  • Ease with Microsoft Office Suite, and especially command and rapid navigation in MS-Excel;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Creating, revising, and following internal office processes;
  • Electronic document management;
  • Knowledge of basic HTML;
  • Microsoft Project a major plus;
  • An even temper (no drama please) and the ability to think on your feet!

 

Previous administrative experience required. References will be checked.
