EZGSA does not offer refunds, but we recognize that things come up.  If you are unable to attend a seminar, you may send a substitute, apply your fee to any of our products or services, reschedule, or receive the course materials in lieu of attending.

Severe Weather Policy

While we do not take re-scheduling our seminars lightly, EZGSA puts the safety of seminar participants first. EZGSA seminars will not be held when (1) public schools in the local area are closed, and/or (2) an officer of EZGSA, Inc. makes the determination that it is unsafe to travel to the seminar location.

If a seminar will not be held, this information will be posted at the EZGSA homepage (http://www.ezgsa.com) as soon as the decision is made and in any case no later than 6 a.m. eastern time on the day of the seminar. There will also be a message available by phone at 301-913-5000 Ext 5021.

EZGSA will reschedule seminars within 90 days, and participants will have the following options:

• Attend the rescheduled seminar
• Accept a set of CDs of the seminar along with the seminar reference materials
• Have the full amount of the registration fee applied to another seminar or service within the next six months
