I own a small business and would like to know what benefits I have when selling to the Federal Government.

Your question is a bit confusing. Did you mean what benefits a small business has by selling to the government? Or did you mean, what benefits are you required to provide your employees when selling to the government?

If you are asking the benefits of selling to the US government, there are many. This includes available stimulus monies and other contracting opportunities, which are especially important during these questionable economic times. The US government is the largest buyer of products and services in the world, and you should definitely think about how you can benefit from this.
