WE WERE THINKING OF GETTING ON A GSA SCHEDULE BUT WE ARE NOT CLEAR ON HOW PREVAILING WAGE APPLIES TO A GSA SCHEDULE VERSUS NOT BEING ON A SCHEDULE.
HOW DOES IT APPLY

The Service Contract Act does not apply to all of the GSA Schedules, so the answer to this question depends upon under which Schedule your company fits. Your best bet is to check the solicitation itself and determine if SCA applies. For Schedules in which SCA does apply, you must demonstrate that you provide the prevailing wage for that area to your employees.
