Cancellation and Refund Policy

Early registrations must be cancelled in writing prior to the end of the early registration period in order to receive a refund.

All other registrations must be cancelled in writing at least three business days prior to commencement of event in order to receive a refund.

A 25% processing fee will be charged on all refunds.

No refunds will be made for early registration cancellation requests received after the early registration period. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received less than three days before an event, or for requests received after commencement of event.

Severe Weather Policy

While we do not take re-scheduling our seminars lightly, EZGSA puts the safety of seminar participants first. EZGSA seminars will not be held when (1) public schools in the local area are closed, and/or (2) an officer of EZGSA, Inc. makes the determination that it is unsafe to travel to the seminar location.

If a seminar will not be held, this information will be posted at the EZGSA homepage (http://www.ezgsa.com) as soon as the decision is made and in any case no later than 6 a.m. eastern time on the day of the seminar. There will also be a message available by phone at 301/913-5000 Ext 5021.

EZGSA will reschedule seminars within 90 days, and participants will have the following options:

• Attend the rescheduled seminar
• Accept a set of CDs of the seminar along with the seminar reference materials
• Have the full amount of the registration fee applied to another seminar or service within the next six months

There will be no refunds for seminars that must be rescheduled due to severe weather.
