5) GSA Moves PES Acquisition Center

Effective immediately, GSA has moved Schedule 871, Professional Engineering Services, from the Arlington, VA acquisition center to Auburn, WA. In the short term, this means that all modifications and contract extensions have been put on hold. In the long term, there is a high probability that a new PES refresh will be issued.

Once all the documents and contracts have been transferred, PES Schedule holders will be assigned new contracting officers. We expect turn-around time for Schedule submissions to the Auburn office to increase as well.
