Contract Management Package Solutions

EZGSA offers a number of different package solutions, varying from services for: large businesses with requirements such as EEO and subcontracting reporting; to mid-sized product-based businesses that require a number of modifications per year; to small businesses that prefer to leave the quarterly reporting and contract maintenance to others; and to all other businesses in between! All our package solutions offer the following basic services:

• Contract management consulting;
• An electronic version of the client's authorized price list*;
• Filing of the client's authorized price list;
• Upload of the client's awarded price list to GSA Advantage!;
• Registration with the Vendor Support Center for 72A reporting;
• Reporting of quarterly sales;
• Maintenance of the client's original contract and 72A files;
• Assistance with required annual registrations and reporting (ORCA, CCR, VETS-100, EEO, etc.);
• Compliance with all GSA-issued mass modifications;
• Economic Price Adjustment modifications;
• Submission of modifications via eMod;
• Contractor-requested modifications and associated GSA Advantage! uploads;
• Updates on relevant government-issued modifications to the contract and help in responding;
• Discounts on an EZGSA Post Award Compliance Educational Seminar;
• Free attendance to any EZGSA marketing seminar; and
• Discounts on all additional modifications not included in package.

Additionally, EZGSA provides upgraded packages that include increased contractor-requested modifications, small business subcontracting goal tracking and reporting, and contract renewal applications. Please note that we require pricing notes and pricing in an electronic format.

Companies that utilized EZGSA to obtain their GSA Schedule award receive a discounted price on these services if signing up for management within 30 days of award.
