Small Business Subcontracting
Reporting for Large-Size Businesses: The government's
new electronic subcontracting reporting system is more
complicated than ever, and many large businesses need assistance
in complying with this detailed reporting requirement.
EZGSA offers a stand-alone subcontracting reporting package
in which we:
- Review your awarded subcontracting plan;
- Work with you to survey current subcontractors,
allowing you to identify all types of small
business concerns involved (including small disadvantaged
businesses, woman-owned small businesses, service-disabled
veteran owned small businesses, etc.) as well as the applicable
contracts and DUNS numbers.
- Hold monthly conference calls with a representative of
your company to determine exact attainment toward subcontracting
goals and current subcontractors.
- Electronically submit semi-annual Subcontract Summary
Reports (SSRs), as required by GSA and SBA.
- Electronically submit the annual Individual Subcontract
Reports (ISRs), as required by GSA and SBA.
GSA
Industrial Funding Fee Assessment:
The GSA Federal Supply Schedule is funded by the Industrial
Funding Fee it charges for each product or service sold
through the GSA Schedules. Each Schedule holder is required
to report all sales under the contract and remit the appropriate
payment on a quarterly basis. GSA routinely advises and
even audits contractors to ensure compliance. EZGSA will
assist your company in ensuring compliance with this regulation
by:
- Reviewing your company’s accounting system and
procedures for classifying government sales;
- Analyzing historical reports (72a) for accuracy, including
Special Item Number (SIN), timeliness, open market, and
other direct costs;
- Recommending regulated and reproducible Standard Operating
Procedures to ensure compliance with federal regulations;
and
- Producing a report of Findings and Recommendations.
Customized Private Educational Seminar at
EZGSA or your site. We will present a full-day presentation
to your sales, executive, legal, and contract staff about
the GSA schedule and federal sales based upon your company’s
specific contract terms and industry.
